Measured Floor Plans (As-Built plans or Existing Condition Drawings), drawn in AutoCAD can be supplied with different level of details to suit your requirements: from “walls, doors and windows” for space planning, to a fully detailed data set including rendered in colour Isometric View. A variety of delivery options are available, including reproducible plots and electronic files which can be delivered via email or on CDROM.

Site Plan (includes structures, roof outline, and key surfaces relative to each other, power drop, and exposed utilities.)

Roof Plan (includes Roof outline with slope drainage, parapet walls, and mechanical equipment.

Electrical & Lighting Plan (includes lighting, receptacles, switches, control panels, and communication devices. No wire diagram.)

Reflected Ceiling Plan (includes lighting, moulding, ornamentation, HVAC registers, soffits, exposed beams, and skylights.)

Fire Protection Plan (includes fire sprinklers, fire sprinkler valves, fire extinguishers, fire hose, fire hose cabinets, and sprinkler supply mains, in plan view.)

Mechanical Plan (includes visible HVAC ducting and equipment only.)

Photo Key Plan (includes location of photograph taken for Picture Confirmation)
